General Junk Removal Questions

I'm in a hurry, how soon can you make a pickup?

Very soon, in most cases. We are usually able to schedule an appointment within 2-3 days if needed, although there may be a longer wait during busy periods.

Where does my junk go? Do you just haul it all to the dump?

No, we recycle whenever possible. During a typical day, our trucks offload at a variety of local recycling facilities, and we're usually able to recycle over half of the total junk volume collected.

Do you accept [insert item]?

We accept virtually ANY junk you may have, with a small handful of exceptions covering some materials which are volatile, explosive, or otherwise extremely hazardous. When in doubt, please feel free to give us a call.

Questions About Specific Junk Items

Is there an extra disposal fee for CRT monitors and televisions?

No, all TVs and displays are covered by our standard rates.

I'd like to get rid of a large hot tub, do I need to pull it out of the deck and cut it up before your truck arrives?

In most cases, no. Our team can handle a variety of tasks teardown / uninstalling tasks. Usually we can do so at no extra charge, but if extensive labor is required, extra fees may apply. We'll let you know if this will be the case before proceeding.
